Deep golden in color, this botrytized Chardonnay boasts 192 g/L residual sugar (40 brix when picked) and tastes of honeycomb and ripe apricot. It's balanced and not at all sickly sweet. Pour it over gourmet vanilla bean ice cream and be done.
