Aged for three years on the lees and another year in bottle prior to release, this Sauvignon Blanc is worth the hunt. It opens with aromas of peach, ripe lemon zest, honey, dried yellow flowers and crushed rocks. Because the palate is rich and layered, each sip gives a textural experience. The natural acidity of the grape keeps the wine fresh and will allow it to age even further. Drink now–2035. Jeff Porter
