Rutherford Hill 2011 Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley)

Nice, clean and brisk, this has flavors of lemongrass, white pepper, cream, butter and just a hint of white flower. While it's technically dry, there's lots of California-style ripe fruit. Easy to like as an appetizer wine.
