S. Delafont 2016 Extra-Brut Sparkling (Crémant de Limoux)

Aromas of red apple, orange peel and melon pith form the bouquet of this light-gold bubbly made from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir. An herbal, earthy accent in back, like spiced-orange white tea, shows again on the close.
