S Guaro

The first sniffings find coffee bean-like, bittersweet and clean odors; air contact turns the aroma slightly cane- and bubble gum-like before fading completely by the final whiff. Palate entry is razor-edge clean, bittersweet and mildly citrusy; midpalate is sweeter than the entry and a touch berry-like. Concludes bittersweet, smooth, and dark chocolate-like. A superb mixer, with just a hint of sweetness. P.P.
