From a producer making small amounts of wine from Rutherford fruit—much of it estate and farmed by hand—this powerhouse is impressively crafted and memorable, offering smoky oak, graphite and clove. The palate is concentrated in black berry and plum tones, and broadly expansive on the palate, finishing with a welcome succulence.
