Sabina Vineyards 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (Oakville)

From the start this has superb tannins and fine acidity that frame the ripe, complex blackberry, black currant and cassis flavors, finishing with elegance and class. It's hard to resist drinking now, but this should develop over the next eight years.
