Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Montepulciano and a touch of Alicante, Baldoro has aromas of berries, bell pepper, cedar wood and spice. It offers black currant and blackberry flavors accented with black pepper notes but reflecting the forward nature of the vintage, the palate is already fading so drink soon.
