Sagatiba Cachaça Brazilian Rum

Best Buy

Aromas of grass, sugarcane, moss and earth initially; aeration introduces a nice mineral scent as well as a fruit component. Palate entry continues with the ripe fruit element, but adds a spicy, jalapeño pepper quality; midpalate is spicy, appropriately grassy and slightly sweet. Finishes prickly, spirity and warm. P.P.
