Saint Clair 2004 Doctor's Creek Reserve Pinot Noir (Marlborough)

Not that expressive on the nose, but does offer some lightly floral aromas and hints of cinnamon and mushroom. On the palate, there's more: black cherries, dried spices and cocoa flavors carried on a velvety mouthfeel and moderate weight. Picks up some briary complexity on the firm finish. Joe Czerwinski
