Saint Clair 2017 Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)

This wine flexes its muscles in a totally lovable way, offering up a heady mélange of pineapple, grapefruit, fresh bell peppers, grass and some salty sea air. The acidity is crisp and zingy, balanced by a slightly slippery texture and finishing on a pleasing grapefruit note. Christina Pickard
