Saint Gregory 2009 Pinot Noir (Mendocino)

An earthy, light Mendocino Pinot from a fabulous vintage that's got all the cherry, dusty mushroom flavors one could want, with a smidgen of black pepper on the finish. The bottle's suggestion to pair with Coq au Vin is a good one. Virginie Boone
