This meaty, earthy Cab hails from a special vineyard near San Pedro's Curicó winery. It receives 18 months in oak, 50% of it new. Blueberry and blackberry flavors are dominant but are somewhat held back by heavy tannins. The structure is solid, maybe too much so. Additional aging could soften it up, but that's not a guarantee.
