San Simeon 2000 Chardonnay (Monterey)

A nice mouthful of Chard, one that shares the finer features of the appellation. Well-ripened fruits, ranging from peaches and pears to mangoes, provide delicious flavors, while acids are crisp and bright. The wine is fully dry, with oaky notes. It's not complex or layered.
