San Simeon 2021 Sauvignon Blanc (Paso Robles)

Wet concrete and cement aromas meet with lime pith, white flower and ripe apple flavors on the nose of this bottling. There's a hint of green pepper on the palate as well as some riper pear tones and a touch of bubblegum. Matt Kettmann
