A fresh, structured wine, with a touch of acidity, some wood and bitter chocolate flavors and a juicy, ripe aftertaste. This is a light red, very fersh and would work best at a cool cellar temperature. Like all Sander wines, the fruit was treated as gently as possible, with only small amounts of sulfites added.
