Sandro de Bruno 2016 Monte San Piero (Soave Superiore)

Pressed Spanish broom, citrus, dried apricot and wet stone aromas mingle together in the glass along with whiffs of botanical herb. It's linear and elegantly structured, delivering unsweetened lemon drop, dried yellow peach, white pepper and flinty mineral alongside crisp acidity. An almond note lingers on the close.
