This single-block expression is extremely earthy on the nose with aromas of loamy soil, wet gravel, sumac, cinnamon and wild berries. It's light in the glass, with rounded flavors of raspberry, cherry and underripe strawberry as well as a clay-like minerality. A chalky mouthfeel leads into a clean and taut finish.
