A fascinatingly cofermented white wine, this blend of Chardonnay, Roussanne and Viognier by Matthias Pippig shows exuberant aromas of white peach essence, daffodil, lemon verbena and spring herbs on the nose. The palate is both oily and racy, with dried-peach and lemon-juice flavors that lead into a butterscotch touch on the finish. Matt Kettmann
