Santa Ema 2006 Sauvignon Blanc (Maipo Valley)

Ultimately this would make for a good bistro or patio white. The bouquet is light and sweet, as is the palate. Baked apple and ripe citrus lead the flavor profile on this clean, mildly sweet Sauvignon. More than decent as a whole. Michael Schachner
