Santa Ema 2008 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (Maipo Valley)

Solid on the nose even if it's stretched thin with leather and cheese notes. The palate is fresh, zesty and scratchy, with tart red fruit flavors and limited density and richness. Turns lightly green and minty the more you get to know it. Michael Schachner
