A captivating blend of Pinot Blanc (45%), Gewürztraminer (44%) and Riesling (11%) that would feel right at home in Alsace. It's mildly earthy, with aromas of a baked Golden Delicious apple, cinnamon, sage and seared pork fat. Or perhaps it would feel at home in Iowa on the 4th of July with its flavors of buttered corn on the cob and peach cobbler. The wine's acidity is soft and the mouthfeel is like a slip n' slide of pleasure. Michael Alberty
