This is a tiny production wine, floral and acid-driven with an underlying note of biscuit. Barrel-fermented and then aged in both neutral French oak and stainless steel, it is well-integrated and lightly ripe, with focused flavors of Meyer lemon, lime and fig. Virginie Boone
