Savannah-Chanelle 2007 Armagh Vineyard Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Feels a little brittle, with lots of acidity giving a sharp edge to the cherries, currants, cola and sandalwood. The guess is whether the wine will mellow with time in the bottle, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Drink now, with rich fare for balance.
