Rich and toasty, round and full across the palate, this thoroughly-enjoyable new release is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a splash of Cabernet Franc. It was aged 17 months in 60% new French oak, yielding a spicy, chocolaty wine, with vivid, bright fruit flavors of cherries and plums. Excellent length, balance and texture.
