Saviah 2016 Syrah (Walla Walla Valley (WA))

Editors' Choice

This wine is a blend of fruit from Watermill, Funk, Lewis and Anna Marie vineyards. The aromas intrigue, with notes of ember, ash, black olive, herbs, black raspberry and barrel spice. A smooth, sophisticated, flavorful palate follows along with a hyperextended finish seldom seen in a wine at this price. If you want to see what Walla Walla Valley Syrah is all about, it's hard to imagine a better introduction. Sean P. Sullivan
