The aromas are perfumed, with notes of flower, apricot, ripe peach, tangerine and papaya. The flavors are more restrained and lighter than the aromas suggest—dry and medium bodied, but still intense. It hangs on the finish, a thoroughly fascinating example of the variety. It drinks best with a slight chill. Sean P. Sullivan
