Scapa Vintage 1980 25 Year Old Cask Strength Orkney Islands Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Following aeration, swirling and a few added drops of mineral water a floral, dry grainy bouquet emerges. The palate entry is minerally and dry; at midpalate, with a few more added drops of water, the grain/malty elements mingle with oak, black pepper and grassy notes. Finishes lean, off-dry and intensely grainy/malty. P.P.
