Schäfer-Fröhlich 2007 Medium-Dry Riesling (Nahe)

Intensely mineral on the nose, followed up on the palate by flavors of crushed vitamin tablets, wet stone and brine. Despite some residual sweetness, the overall impression is of salty, mineral dryness coupled with tart, citrusy flavors on the finish. Joe Czerwinski
