Ripe apricot and honeyed biscuit notes lend a sunny warmth to this ripe, yet refreshingly brisk sparkling wine. It's labeled dry, but is so concentrated with fruit, it feels off-dry on the palate. It finishes clean, with a streak of high acidity.
