Schloss Saarstein 2006 Auslese Riesling (Mosel-Saar-Ruwer)

The slightly lifted aromas are characterized by hints of green apple and honey, while the flavors add an extra note of peach to the mix. This is sweet but reasonably balanced by crisp acids, leaving a lithe, relatively light impression on the palate. Joe Czerwinski
