Faint notes of pink-grapefruit peel play on the nose. The palate has similar aromatic and pleasant tartness on an exquisitely light body, the fine fizz adding to an impression of weightlessness. A backbone of freshness brightens the citrus notes. It would be a lovely and refreshing apéritif.
