Schramsberg 1997 Blanc de Noirs (Napa Valley)

This solid effort blends strawberries with fresh herbs and toasty, yeasty aromas. Flacors are earthier and strongly herbal, finishing chalky, with good length. The creamy mouthfeeland dry finish add a sense of elegance. Joe Czerwinski
