There's a bit of CO2 in this when first poured. It's young and vegetal leaning, with punchy aromas of bell and jalapeño pepper, green bean and grass. Waxy lemon-lime and gooseberry fruit are there, too. Acidity is a little shrill on the palate, and there's what feels like a touch of residual sweetness. But the refreshing finish makes it easy to take another sip. Christina Pickard
