Segue 2007 Filigreen Vineyard Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley)

Sharp acidity makes this young wine a bit tart now. It has solid flavors of cherries, raspberries, bacon and smoky sandalwood, and is dry and silky. Decant for a few hours, or better yet, give it a year or two in the cellar.
