Standard as good brut Cavas go, with yeast, citrus and a hint of matchstick on the nose. The palate shows a good fabric comprised of lemon-lime and apple flavors. Good up front but a little weak on the back end and finish. Still, as a whole this is perfectly good, affordable bubbly that does what it's supposed to do.
