Made from Elerding Vineyard fruit, this wine is aged in 100% new oak for 24 months. It's dark and concentrated, and it deals attention-grabbing barrel-derived flavors of dark chocolate, licorice and espresso. The black cherry flavor has the grip and power to handle the barrel influence, but the wine will profit from additional bottle age.
