Dark plum, cracked clove, tart berry and a bit of rockiness kick off this wine from tour operator-turned-winemaker Art Sevtap. Tart and tannic, flavors range from cranberry to raspberry. The wine would go well alongside pasta with red sauce or chicken enchiladas.
