Clay Shannon 2019 Betsy Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc (High Valley)

This slightly reserved wine plays its citrus and mineral cards close to the vest at first. It is medium to full in feel, showing oak character in its vanilla and nutmeg tones. It is nicely crisp and appetizing, and seems to open up with each sip. Jim Gordon
