This late-release reserve bottling was a favorite in a lineup of excellent Finger Lakes Cabernet Franc. While the core bursts of sweet-tart cherries and violet blossoms, four years of oak aging have added intriguing shades of leather and spice, toast and balsamic vinegar. It's such a pretty, ethereal wine, but with remarkable complexity. Drink now through 2020. Anna Lee C. Iijima
