Notes of spring blossom and fresh herbs perfume the nose of this Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is markedly riper, almost ruddy with fleshy yellow peach flavors. Aged one year on the lees, it shows a uniquely textured, mouth-coating feel that lingers on the finish.
