Sheldon makes this rosé from Graciano sourced from Lodi's eclectic limestone-soiled Ripken Vineyard, where it also sources grapes for a red version of the wine. Beautiful in its rose petal-red color, this wine opens with aromas of baked strawberry, watermelon and charcuterie, and is dry, crisp and meaty throughout, with a kick of spice on the finish. Only 72 cases made.
