Sheldrake Point 2017 Estate Bottled Dry Riesling (Finger Lakes)

Ripe tones of nectarine, peach and waxy honeycomb form on the nose. There's some textural roundness on the palate, bolstered by flavors of peach skin and chewy dried apricot. Despite these ripe fruit flavors, the finish is dry, ending on a delicate astringent sensation. Alexander Peartree
