I would have held this wine back longer, as it's still rich in sugary flavors that will slowly go away. For whatever reason De Loach pushed it into market so early, it's a very good wine, showing typical Green Valley character of well-ripened fruit and crisp acidity, enhanced by fine, smoky oak.
