This new Oregon project from Beck Family Estates debuts with a fresh, minerally blend of grapes from Seven Springs, X Omni and Chehalem Mountain vineyards. Indigenous yeast fermentations were done in one-third new oak, then aged in stainless steel prior to bottling. Green melon, green apple, apple skin and cucumber flavors combine in a wine with excellent balance and penetration.
