Cold Creek no longer contributes much, if any grapes to Eroica, but it makes a fine stand-alone Riesling, with a mineral-rich depth, enhanced by a slight spritziness. The flavors are nicely stacked—peach, pear, honey, caramel, tea, acacia—and except for a finish that turns a bit gluey, it's a lovely bottle.
