Shenandoah 2003 Sauvignon Blanc (Amador County)

Best Buy

Strongly flavored, with apple, lemon and lime, fig and spice flavors that finish with a smoky, herbal edge. Bright in acidity and completely dry, this wine has some interesting nuances, and will challenge a chef's creativity. Nice value.
