Typically known for their lagers, this is Spoetzl's first foray into ales. High-alpha Bravo and delicate U.S. Golding hops were used in the kettle and fermenter, resulting in a balanced brew with both upfront and nuanced hop notes of citrus peel, pressed flowers and soft grass. It's balanced and sessionable, and the lightly toasted-malt core is laced with fruity accents of caramel, pear, melon and orange slices. Medium bodied with a crisp, dry finish.
