Shingleback 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon (McLaren Vale)

Shingleback's 2009 displays the hallmarks of South Australian Cabernet: cassis, chocolate and mint notes and plenty of weight on the palate. The tannins are a little coarse, but that will only help the wine in the context of a steak dinner. Joe Czerwinski
