The bouquet is vividly vegetal and green chili pepper-like. The palate entry is agave juice sweet and sappy; the midpalate offers more complex tastes of sweet wood smoke, tobacco and sage. Finishes snappy, sap-like, and zesty. I wish this blanco would have offered more dill/fennel/brine depth. P.P.
